Booking Rules

Guests making a reservation are required to pay a reservation fee of 30% of the service price, which is refundable in case of cancellation up to 30 days before the scheduled arrival.

During the season from May 1 to September 30, a minimum reservation of four nights is required (according to the prices for this period listed below). For shorter bookings, the price is determined individually.

A mandatory deposit of at least 1,000.00 PLN is required.

Prices for the Season (from May 1 to September 30)

The price for renting the entire house with a plot of 1.066 ha per night is 1,300.00 PLN. Bicycle rental is an additional cost.

  • Up to four people – 800.00 PLN. Available: one bedroom downstairs, one upstairs, a living room with a kitchenette, and two bathrooms.
  • Five people – 900.00 PLN.
  • Six people – 1,000.00 PLN.
  • Seven and eight people – 1,200.00 PLN.
  • Nine people – 1,300.00 PLN.

All bedrooms are double rooms. If the booking is not full, and you would like, for example, to have each bedroom for one person, we will set the price individually. The house accommodates a maximum of 9 people (one person sleeps in the living room).

Prices Outside the Season (from October 1 to April 30)

The price for renting the entire house with a plot of 1.066 ha per night is 1,300.00 PLN. Bicycle rental is an additional cost.

  • Up to four people – 600.00 PLN. Available: one bedroom downstairs, one upstairs, a living room with a kitchenette, and two bathrooms.
  • Five people – 700.00 PLN.
  • Six people – 800.00 PLN.
  • Seven and eight people – 900.00 PLN.
  • Nine people – 1,000.00 PLN.

All bedrooms are double rooms. If the booking is not full, and you would like, for example, to have each bedroom for one person, we will set the price individually.

House Description

The single-story house, exclusively for you, covers an area of 145 m2 and is built using a wooden frame structure. It does not require air conditioning and provides pleasant coolness even on hot summer days. In winter, it retains warmth very well. The house is fully equipped. The kitchen contains all the necessary utensils, a drip coffee maker, a toaster, a waffle maker, a blender, cooking pots, etc. There are four double bedrooms, a living room with a kitchenette (40 m2), and two bathrooms. The room sizes are:

  • 1 – 14 m2
  • 2 – 15 m2
  • 3 – 13 m2
  • 4 – 12 m2
  • 5 – living room with kitchenette (40 m2)

The house has a dishwasher, a large washing machine (8 kg load), and a large clothes dryer (9 kg load). The house is heated with underfloor heating. Additionally, there is a fireplace. Beautiful wooden ceilings provide unforgettable evening moments by the fireplace. From the living room, there is a view of the lake and the forest, just 20 meters from the house. The property covers more than 1 hectare and has over 200 meters of lakeshore. The lakeshore is natural, and there is no designated swimming area, so guests need to use the neighboring lake with a swimming area and pier (10-15 minutes walk through a beautiful forest). The use of recreational equipment (e.g., kayaks, inflatable boats, SUPs, boats, etc.) is not allowed on the lake. There is a bonfire area by the lake with a grill, suspended hammocks, and benches around the firepit. A grill is also available. We provide hammocks that can be hung anywhere. We recommend the spot by the lake’s edge.

Sports, Recreation, and Entertainment Equipment

The house is equipped with yoga mats, yoga blocks, a pull-up bar, exercise parallel bars, dumbbells, a straight barbell, a bent barbell, and about 50 kg of weights. There are shuttlecocks and badminton rackets available.

Bicycles are available for rent in different sizes:

  • L frame with 29-inch wheels (for people at least 175 cm tall). This is an MTB bike with full suspension.
  • M frame with 29-inch wheels (for people 170-178 cm tall). This is an MTB bike with front suspension.
  • Two children’s bikes. One for a child about 5-7 years old, the other for a child around 8-10 years old. The children’s bikes are free of charge.

Bikes for adults are chargeable. The cost is 60 PLN/day per bike. All bikes are fully functional and in very good technical condition.

We also offer car bike racks for rent – for example, to take a bike trip to the Tuchola Forest National Park. We have a platform bike rack that mounts on a hitch for two or four bikes.

The house has two fishing rods and basic fishing gear (however, a permit for fishing in specific water bodies is required – permits must be obtained from the manager of the particular lake). We offer archery, a metal detector for treasure hunting with kids, a microscope to explore the micro-world, or a telescope to observe the starry sky. For children, we have a swing and a trampoline. There is a kids’ corner with plenty of Lego blocks, board games, and a mini robotics mat. Bushcrafting and hammock sleeping by the lake’s edge are also available.
