About Us
The house is located in the NATURA 2000 area “Dolina Stropnej”. It ensures privacy, peace, and quiet. Stepping out onto the terrace, the lake is just 20 meters away. The forest is 10 meters away. There are no neighboring buildings. This place is dedicated to those who enjoy an active lifestyle, value the closeness of nature, and seek relaxation in its embrace. It is not a place for parties. Around the house, on the lake side, there is a covered terrace with an area of over 50 m2. An ideal place for morning yoga accompanied by the song of birds and the sun shining through the rustling trees.
Our place is located in a reservoir of various wildlife, especially birds, whose songs wake you up on spring mornings. June nights, on the other hand, are filled with the concert of frogs along the lake’s shoreline. Autumn evenings belong to the deer, who have their rutting season then. You can spot roe deer, foxes, squirrels, and herds of deer on a daily basis. The area is also home to the White-tailed Eagle. A beautiful and large predator bird. To spot it, one needs a bit of luck and patience.

We offer MTB bikes for guests to explore the surrounding bike trails, forests, and lakes. Prior reservation is required.

Surroundings
Bicycles and hammocks for bushcrafting are available for rent. The rental price includes archery, stargazing through a 200mm telescope, a swing, trampoline, metal detector, binoculars for birdwatching and observing other wildlife, the possibility of hanging hammocks by the lake, zip-line, slackline, cross-country skiing in winter, and other attractions.
The lake shore is natural, untouched by human development. There is a platform available by the lake. You can also order a classical or fascial massage.
